About Ravi

Entrepreneur. Author. Cartoonist. Storyteller — brewing insights, one kaapi at a time.

I’m Ravindra Potharaju (Ravi) — author of Give Me Back My Guitar and Fools Work Hard for Others, and the creator of Kaapi with Ravi, a cartoon and storytelling series about life at work.

I started Kaapi with Ravi because the best lessons on leadership, teamwork, and culture come from real people, honest moments, and humour that hits home — not from just books.

Through workplace cartoons and short reflections, I share everyday stories that help professionals see work with a little more clarity, empathy, and laughter.

If you believe growth doesn’t always have to be serious — just sincere — you’ll feel right at home here.
